WORK AFTER GRADUATION WILL COUNT UNDER CEC OR NOT?

First, the work done AFTER graduation will be counted towards the CEC if you explain it properly. Secondly, your PGWP was issued for the appropriate amount of time. There will be no extension. The amount of fees you paid to go to school doesn't matter. Any program between 8 and 12 months in...

    does salary matter?

Salary is NOT one of the requistie criteria, HOWEVER, it can be a tool to use by the visa officer to assess whether or not the applicant is truly performing the duties stated in the work experience letter. There was a recent federal court decision upholding a refusal by a visa officer where the...

    Letters from family, friends, etc

Letters from family and friends, whether CIC asks for them or not, are excellent proof of relationship. Look, this is based on common sense. Read OP Manual 2, Section 5. There is no exact formula to prove a genuine relationship. Evidence is weighed by the visa officer making the decision...

    Child dependent questions.

In both instances you send the applications to Mississauga. On the IMM0008 you identify what visa office is requested to process your file. You use whatever checklist is appropriate for the visa office processing. Once CPC-M does their thing, they will forward to the correct visa office.

    Child dependent questions.

The US office used to be Buffalo but it closed last May. Now CPP-O is processing all of their applications for PR. And yes, you could still choose London since you're a UK citizen. But if your choice is US processing, then the visa office to identify is CPP-O.

    Child dependent questions.

Almost right. CPP-O would transfer the file. Transfers are done due to backlogs normally. But, and this is an educated guess, if they felt an interview was necessary and the person was living in the US, the file would likely be transferred to one of the remaining open consulates in the US.

Depends how long the security checks take.

    Child dependent questions.

Your application would not be processed in New York. It would go to Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa. Children that are Canadian citizens only need to be declared on the Additional Family Information form. No other form. You do not have to send the PR size pictures of them or your spouse either.

Need help with "Additional Dependants/Declaration Form"

Ok, so the child is not accompanying! I understand now and that is MUCH better than what I had originally thought which is that the child was not DECLARED. Yes, I can recommend a very good immigration consultant in Quebec. A few actually. I will send you a private message.

justification of refusal in next TRV ?

I don't understand your reasoning. How can you "treat" this as a TRP? A TRP (Temporary Resident Permit) is an application made when someone is inadmissible to Canada for medical, criminal or security reasons or other reasons. I think I'm pretty safe in assuming that your child has not...

    What's next?

You must complete the "landing" procedures. You will get instructions from CIC about this but basically it means that you exit Canada and re-enter and "land". Use the search function to looking for topics about landing. There's already a lot of information on here about this.
