I'm applying for PR on a spousal sponsoship from outisde of Canada from the U.S. I have since been living in Ontario and my wife was approved as my sponsor back in Oct of 2012. I received an email today that they are in the final process of completing my application with no interview required.
After I receive my PR, what will I have to do next?

You must complete the "landing" procedures. You will get instructions from CIC about this but basically it means that you exit Canada and re-enter and "land". Use the search function to looking for topics about landing. There's already a lot of information on here about this.
