I'm sorry but you couldn't be more wrong. In order to be eligible to enter the EE system, you must FIRST meet the regulatory requirements of either FSW, FSTP, CEC or have a provincial nomination certificate. Express Entry is only an application management system! It doesn't change ANY of the...

I disagree. Points aren't everything. And you will only see your score when you apply in EE. You will not see your RANK. It's your RANK that will matter. Part of your ranking will also be based on your occupation if you don't have an LMIA approved permanent job offer or a PNP certificate...

    TO GET POINTS ON ADAPTABILITY

No, you've got it backwards. In order to be eligible to have your profile accepted into the pool of eligible applicants in EE, you must FIRST qualify in FSW, CEC or FSTP or have a nomination from a province. So the OP is correct to be looking at the FSW eligibility requirements first.

Job Offer and arranged job from Canada

No. In order to even get into Express Entry you must first be eligible in the FSW, FSTP, CEC or have a provincial nomination. A NOC D level job even with an LMIA will not assist you.

    600 Points for Arranged Employment

A job offer in a D level occupation will not allow you to qualify for any program of immigration to Canada unless you are eligible under one of the PNP entry level or semi-skilled programs. So Express Entry is not an option for you. Sorry.
