I will have an arranged job and a job offer from an enterpreneur in Edmonton from January 2015. Does this mean that i will have a big chance to qualify for Express Entry, and earn an invitation for Canada

Depends if it is supported by LMIA

The job is Tilesetter. I think it should be supported by LMIA

A job title isn't LMIA supported. An employer has to get an assessment done. If the company didn't find any Canadian "tile setters" then, they have permission to get a foreign tile setter.

Hi, I have a question I have a job offer permanent and full time, i am currently working for that company in Canada, but the level of my job is level D on the NOC, so, that counts as a validated job offer to get the 600 points? thanks

No. In order to even get into Express Entry you must first be eligible in the FSW, FSTP, CEC or have a provincial nomination. A NOC D level job even with an LMIA will not assist you.
