Hi,
I got my PR in 2023 through PNP Non Express Entry, was away from the country for one year, now back again.

But
I am planning to move out of province for better job market,

will this be a problem for PR renewal or Citizenship ?
anyone done before ? please advise.

PRs have mobility rights, so you can move. If I’m reading correctly it sounds like you’ve lived for awhile in your PNP province anyway, so you really don’t have anything to worry about. There’s some concern that if you move right away (ie never work or live there or stay there for far less than a year) that there will be consequences but whether even that is the case is unclear. (Maybe others have confirmed cases of this - I’ve only seen speculation on here that it might be a problem.) So take your better job opportunity and move!

You may have to prove you did your best to settle and find suitable opportunities there before relocating to another province but 9-10 month of time should be long enough to have done that in the event anyone ever questions it.
