PR now but my kids Visa expired

I have been a permanent resident since December 2011, and sponsored my family to come over.

Problem 1. Marital...my husband came over since he has the confirmation of PR so he was able to get his PR card though he left me after 2 months and went back to Philippines. Not really much of a problem... but the next problem

number 2 . My 3 kids Visa expired last September 29, 2012...I was not aware that Visa as such for PR entry could not be extended. i was advised to re apply again which is ok for me and I will. however my youngest daughter wish to come and be with me (finally, after having her convinced that Canada is the best place to live) and the father agreed for her to come except for my 2 older daughters...What Visa should I apply for her since she wants to come soon? Should I sponsor her a student or as visitor?

I would appreciate help and input on these matter...Thanks a lot.

Don't think it is possible for your daughter to get TRV (visitor or student) because you would have difficulty to prove she will return to Philippines at the end of the temporary stay.

I dont think you should go for TRV(student, visitor) as they already have information about your daughter and they would think that she has dual intent of staying in Canada either by visitor, student or permanent residence application.
I would suggest you to apply for your kids again and wait till their application process is over.

You can sponsor her as a PR again as your dependent child. Should be pretty quick, about 6 months.
