Ok update. He was able to get all the brother and sister information. Surprisingly every one of his half brothers and sisters were born in the same town as he was (but quite a couple decades earlier).

We just finished filling out the last form over the computer (voip) and he's going to scan them in tomorrow night to email me so I can proof everything. We're on track to have the package sent to CPC-M end of this week!

Hello everyone!

I posted my sent in application in the Singapore thread but I'll post it here too. My partner and I sent our application from Thailand on the 11th of July and it got to CPC-M on the 16th of July. We had her medical done in March so I am guessing we will have to redo it before the whole process is finished. We also already paid all the associated fees. We are hoping the whole process will take us about 9-10 months because we want to finish our work contracts first before going home and my sister's wedding is July next year which we want to be home in time for. Anyhow, we look forward to communicating more with all of you, and wish you all the best of luck with your applications.

I got my kids AOR from Sydney today. I was shocked!
I thought it was meant to take 4 months to do that portion of their application - though perhaps I'm confused. I did indicate we were intending on resettling in Oct/Nov 2010 and if it could be expedited, not sure if that is what happened or if this is normal.

I just realized that anyone who as been in Canada on a work visa or study permit already has a client ID on their document from Canada. It will be the same Client no. for residency apps.

So, maybe that will be help logging into E-cas... Sometime soon...

I am in awe and shock and pleased as punch.
When we submitted mine we had to do for our kids certificate of citizenship also.
Nova Scotia got it 7/14, and it takes 10 months.
I got AOR yesterday, and today - their cards were in my mailbox!

They process it 7/22 or the letter is dated that.

WOOOT WOOOT!
This was a huge concern for healthcare for them - if they had to wait longer than the 3 months like hubby & I would if we moved. Wow!

CONGRATS to all July applicants!!

For those who applied at the begining of July will probably start getting the first stage approvals next week, OK maybe Im being very optimistic about that...it could be two more weeks. Anyways it should be soon.
