I think it depends on what you are wanting to study and from what university you want to take it from. Not all universities in Canada have online degree programs. Before you start make sure your program is accredited and recognized though, that is very important.

I think Sadatul, if it is the original then it doesn't have to be notarized. But in our application they asked for the original in the guide and forms anyhow.
