Sorry to hear about it. Few questions to clarify?

Did you mention the addresses in your address history where you had lived temporarily for jobs/studies?
Does your PCC cover entire period of length after 18 at your permanent address?
When did you get AOR and after how many days they rejected your case due to PCC?

Feeling worried.
If you looked at the OP previous posts, he applied Dec. 29.
Common sense indicates that you should fill address history matching with your PCs.

I have had friends who worked in Karachi Pakistan for a few years living on rent. They submitted PCs from Lahore always because that was their permanent home and address on NIC.

But obviously they also filled their address history accordingly i.e. filled Lahore's permanent address as their home address and all of them have PRs now.

IMHO, you only need to be concerned if your address history does not tele with the PC (which obviously would appear weird I.e. PC saying lived at x since y to z, but address history is different)

Unless you have a system in the country to issue certificates not mentioning addresses Or they could include all addresses on ONE certificate.

If neither is true, then yes - approaching all 3 is your best bet.

YAR you are right. I just mentioned my residential address in address history. Not mentioned any address in lhr or khi where I lived for study/job.

I got rejection yesterday because of PCC issue.

I'm an Indian applicant and had lived across three different cities. But I got my PCC issued from permanent address instead of all three locations.

Will need to resubmit a new express entry
Anyone got ppt with Pcc from local police and have lived at multiple cities

Sorry to hear that buddy.

Could you please clarify your next step: Will need to resubmit a new express entry.

Do you mean that you'll ask/request/beg SINP to nominate you again? Or you mean submit EE from scratch and apply SINP again?

Regarding this, do PNP nominees get any kind of 2nd chance if rejected by CIC?
Especially for OINP having paid extra $1500!! And all the fuss.
Like they'll go back to the province that nominated them and tell that they just forgot, honest mistake, etc., then the province will nominate them again given reason of rejection is honest and just lacking documents etc.? Or I'm just naïve and that this is truly a cruel world to live in? Haha.

I hope Asivad you see this too for you to confirm. Thank you.

Members have reported that province agrees to transfer the nomination to a fresh EE profile. Of course, they would need to be informed about the reason. If one were refused for reasons of inadmissibility, no point in asking the province to transfer the nomination. For all other refusal caused by applicants' mistakes, provinces apparently support the applicant in getting their nomination attached to a new profile so that they can get an ITA again and apply to CIC.

Wow. This is very good news to all PNP applicants who don't have a good memory (like me) and/or just clumsy in preparing documents.

Thank you so much for confirming this!! +1.

Really sorry for this experience.

Hello seniors. I have one question to ask here. Please see below.

Does CIC check through the entire application to identify all items that could lead to rejection or just press reject button immediately they come across one?

The latter: just press reject button immediately they come across one. In the rejection letter, there is usually something like a total completeness check is not done so there might be other reasons. Not the exact words, but something like this.

IMO this is valid since one reason for rejection is enough. It's like a test where you either get a perfect score or zero; there's no 99/100, or 2nd/3rd places. It's do or die.

I need to ask one thing Regarding address history and Address on CNIC .

I lived on address A -- form 1999 to June 2013
address B -- From June 2013 to date

Got 2 seperate PCC's for each duration of stay from 2 different police stations and filled address history accordingly with PCC dates.

But the issue is that my CNIC which was issued in 2006 mentions address A ( as it should be ) , but i haven't updated the address on it after shifting to address B in 2013 .. ( the expiry of my CNIC is in 2018 ) so it is still valid ....

I'm in the stage of submitting the application .. So should i Upload a LOE ( in National ID section ) alongwith CNIC stating that although I've moved from address A , the same has not been updated on my CNIC .. ( they can judge it by seeing the issue date on CNIC ).. and that the house A is the property of my maternal uncle so i've no problem with documentation/verification being done to that address ..

Would it cause a problem ?

Thanks

That shouldn't be a concern. Your PC matches with the address history you mentioned. And at least the address on NIC is not a 3rd address. It is always possible to not have updated NIC

Regarding the PCC issue, my PCC is showing my household register place and indicating that no criminal record during my stay in the country the whole time. should I also be worried about the time/addresses bound issue given that fact that I have stayed in multiple places across the country.

Thanks!
