what is ur noc code? and ur CRS? ur ielts score is very good try to retake ur ielts and get 8777 in LWRS so you will have better chances to get noi from Ontario or direct ITA.

tie breaker rule is not implemented by CIC yet so if cut off and your CRS is same it means you are in and will get ITA. I am sure they will introduce tie breaker rule in future as they mentioned in 6th June changes along with sufficient data to understand where we stand in the pool.
