Hockeyfan I feel something burn out there and i just realised that's Hockeyfan heart burning ...ponga i think Hockeyfan need beer and pizza from bro's so please get Hockeyfan address and ask delivery guy to change the route to Hockeyfan house and deliver as soon as possible,,, because i don't want Vancouver get flooded the way hockeyfan dropping water from his mouth ...

Hello guys

Is it possible to know if CIC really got the additional documents that I've sent? I sent with delivery notice, there is a signature showing that someone got it but...Should it appear in my e-cas? The latest date to CIC get this adicional docs is March, 14, should I call them just to make sure they have it?

I hope everythings fine with you all. I am still waiting for my DM. I recently sent in my wifes medical. (feb19). I received two envelopes on my wifes name and inside it, there were three receipts like paper(pink colour), the same ones we make a payment to cic. I dont get it. I already paid everything upfront including right of permanent resident fee. any suggestions?

I sent everything with my app too fee's/meds/police check got AIP Feb 17th still waiting for DM too.
You know what CIC is like all over the place with giving out AIP's & DM's some people get it straight away so people wait days weeks or months. You'll get there eventually

Hope everyone is doing well and keep patient with CIC while they go through what seems a little transitional period! My hubs started work last week and his SIN card just came in the mail today! (Praise God!)

Question - we did my husbands medicals on Jan 23rd ECAS still hasn't updated that the meds were received by CIC yet.....is this normal? should I.....worry?

They almost never update eCAS.. Call an agent tomorrow morning and they will tell you

Yes after DM letter you ail received in the mail a letter from your local office with a date time and address for your landing interview this is your landing letter. It would also require you to bring 2 photos and 2 pieces of ID including your passport and your sponsor has to be with you. Now since I paid my fees in advanced I didn't have to send anything or pay anything but I have read here where people who didn't pay in advance are told to pay there that same day.

Now my landing office was in Etobicoke Ontario I don't know if Montreal may be different since it is in Quebec and some things are different.

Hi @Happywife08 long time not seen! hope you are enjoying your new found freedom! seems like cic offices around canada have different procedures, I have read about a couple of quebec inlanders that received a letter to confirm some info and reply with the photos and receipt. Weird that. I dont know what to expect or how long to wait... i need to renew my passport, i will love to do it before landing but only if i know my landing is at least a month away...
Were you able to get your SIN with COPR or you have to wait for your PR card? appearently, thats also a confusion... a few were able to get SIN with COPR, others had to try in 2 different canada services cuz one will not do it but the other yes... uhmmmmm... like this process is not hard enough already...
