I'm with my wife in my country right now and she thought we had to wait until december of next year to hear something related to our file. We just celebrate at home and we wil be flying by the beginning of may. Then the real celebration will start

Hey Guys! I just took a look at your spreadsheet, although you dont have a LOT of applicants on it, it looks like most of you were landed/visa received in under a year. Thats awesome! It give me hope as I just sent my application 1 week ago.

They will not refuse you without having an interview first. Because you are residing in Canada, they may interview you in North America, which usually is LA office.

I think they either ask for additional proof or invite you for an interview. But I'm not sure.
My interview will be in Vienna because I applied through Vienna. But we will see

I hope it's a positive decision I wish you all the best. I hope LA will process your file fast. You're so close. I was shocked because I didn't expect anything for the next 3-4 months

Don't worry its a positive decision as they do not deny you PR without an interview.
As you are already in Canada they will probably just send you the COPR and let you land.
