Hi,

I am applying for PR via Outland while staying in Canada on my visitor's visa. I am confused as to what date i should mention for last entry into Canada. I came to Canada on March 29th '12 for four days then i came back on November 30th 2012 , since then i am staying here. I went to Niagara falls on January 5th 2013 and went on US side for couple of hours as i have multiple entry US visa.
While crossing border and going to US side US immigration officer stapled a B-2card and stamped my passport Page, But while entering back into Canada the Canadian officer didn't stamp my Passport.
Please assist me which date i should mention in Generic form for Applicant for last entry into Canada:-
March'20th 2012
November 30th 2012
January 05 2013.

Thanks

I would still go with last entry from US as your Date. Whether it was a matter of hours or days. You did leave the country. And i think you are posting this query in the wrong thread. Try to post it independently and maybe more experienced members might be able to respond. :)

Thanks for your help.

I did post this question on separate thread but no one responded , Hence i posted here.

Anyway thanks once again :)

Laugh longer - Live longer!

I know from experience Buffy! I am 57 and my fatsa (face) looks younger but not necessarily handsomer. And all this! Because I laughed a lot in my life!
So if you want to look younger but not necessarily handsome/pretty laugh, and you will see!

Trust me!

Well put messenger.....or one of my personalfavorite sayings..... "wrinkles only go where the smiles have been" :)

I apologize if i offended anyone with my comments about how much the package weighed. It was meant as a joke because our packages were so big. It is only that big because I had over 200 pages of text/phone records from our earlier days before travelling to see each other. I always joke that I like to do everything big and this is mo exception. Of course weight of package means nothing. I put several smileys and winkeys in the message so i hoped everyone would take it as a joke.

Good luck to all waiting for AOR and SA's this week!!

Hey Buffy, you didn't offend anyone! And I hope I haven't either!!

I was also joking when I said I had multiple heart attacks when I saw how heavy the packages were that people were sending!! lol

Compared to my flimsy little envelope, I thought "watch them email me back asking for more!!"

I would have thought mine was good enough to pass...until I came onto this forum and they crushed all the beauty of our package!! :P

I think were all here to make each other feel better... you get me? ;)

Good morning everyone!
Got our SA this morning.

This is to more SAs and AORs this week! ;)

Yey for good news this week! I got may AOR two days after you got yours. I hope to receive mine before the week ends.
My VO is also Manila. Hoping the file will be transferred before they open again this April. I can't imagine the load of applications that they'll be getting after closing the application for two years!

Beautiful news Iay! I am very happy to hear it :P

Patience to those who have yet to receive their SA's :)

Alright, so in the spirit of distracting our - or at least a few of our - OCD minds, I'm going to start off a mini "sub-thread" within this thread. I thought about starting a separate thread for this but figured it would be nice to keep it within the group for now. So considering the fact that each one of us are in the process of sponsoring our better halves from other countries, I think it would be cool to know how everyone met their significant other.

I'll start it off. My wife found me on Youtube while searching for a cover of a song! We are both musicians and also worship leaders at our churches. The coolest part of the story is that she had known I was "the one" as soon as she first saw my Youtube video. She had told one of her good friends via MSN that she had "found the guy she was meant to be with" and her friend had told her that she was crazy and needed sleep! haha

Anyways, March 16th will mark 5 years since we officially started dating. I can't say long distance has been easy, considering that we've only met 7 times over the past 5 years, but I can definitely say that it is an amazing feeling to be in love with someone you can call your "best friend."

Looking forward to hearing your stories! :-)

p.s. if the mods perceive this "sub-thread" as a distraction from the main thread please feel free to remove it.
