hi, how long/ what's the longest time after the DM status? I think only few of us left here in Philippines to be with our spouse/ family for the 2013 applicants...my documents done well and I'm always following their instruction, I'm just confused of why the others granted their visa as early as 6 mos. to 9 mos. but some and same cases of mine are still waiting and only few of us who are not yet to be in our family...so upsetting..

hi, I'm just wondering...why is it others processing so fast as fast as 5-9 months only? while we or I belong to a long waits that I have a properly organized documents, specially when our husband is a canadian. I didn't always follow up the CEM also.I hope anybody here can explain to me or can answer me so that it won't puzzle my mind...hope they are fair and honest too.. only god knows!

Hi all,

I and my spouse had filed our application on Sept 5, 2014. We were asked for updated IMM forms on Oct 9, which we sent October 17, 2014.

Does anybody know how much more time it might take after CIC has received the updated forms.

Please share.

Hi...good for you because you're DM already, ours is still apps received and no remed notification...according to the CEM reply ours is still queued for review...

Keeping our fingers crossed that we'll get ours very very soon in Jesus' name...

hi abscott, my ppr last June 2, 2014, in-process June 25, 2014 then my hubby went to the mp because my medical was about to expire that time, so after the mp emailed the CEM that was Friday, then the next week Monday, we've got an email to have my remed with specific form for the clinic then after one month nag DM na ako....maybe if you need also to ask the mp about your medical? ~thanks

hi abscott meron din hindi pina remed, actually kasi ang dami ng mp nila at mas mabuti if mag tanong ang hubby mo kung sino ang mp nila kasi parang same area ibat-ibang mp kasi sila na belong, example: Alberta, Canada ang daming mp, ito bigay ko sayo link ha tapos ipa ask lang ng hubby mo doon, if white ang hubby mo alam niya but if filipino magtanong nalang siya. this link:

PS. don't always follow up your application kasi it may fall into the last process due to keep opening your letters..

Hi everybody i know this is for august 2013 applicant only, i know how hard and depressing to wait, we are May 2013 applicant PPR since december 2013 and in process last Aug 2014. CEM is holding our passports for almost 11months already ( is this legal? ) our medical was already expired. My husband tried to follow up and didn't receive any reply

Maybe that's what's happening to ours, sometimes it's really hard to understand...others would advise you to follow-up always which we did and now, it ruined the flow...

hi a absott sorry, you're an English speaker, tell your partner if where he/she's in Canada and let ask for who is the MP in their area, actually our representative advised us not to follow up because they keep opening your file # & I also found that letter from the other website here...thanks
