    Medicals before ITA

As long as you expect to receive ITA soon, you can of course do your medicals at any time before ITA. I did mine a month or so before ITA as well. If you expect to wait a long time for ITA, i wouldnt advise it, as your medicals are only valid for a year.

OVERLAP IN WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION QUALIFICATION- MISREPRESENTATION??

As long as your employment letter includes your salary and number of hours, there should be no need for paystubs for foreign experience. I didnt provide any amd was never asked for them. Some people are missing certain information in their employment letters and then use paystubs to have proof...

EE in progress, I switched job from NOC B to C with same employer, any problems?

As long as you have a minimum of 12 month of full time experience in NOC 0, A or B to use for your EE profile, your current job is not an issue.

    Need help

First you have to find out if you are even eligible to apply: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-express.asp You are required to have your language test result and possibly ECA for any foreign degrees before creating your profile. You will find all the information on the...

    Chances of receiving Invitation

As mentioned above, check the PNP forum: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/provincial-nomination-program-immigration-b6.0/ Each province has its own PNP website as well, so just type NB PNP, Ontario PnP, ... in google and you will quickly find each one.

    Express Entry Alternative

For NB PnP you would have to have experience in one of the in demand NOCs. Did you check if their list of NOCs matches yours?

Do I need Proof of Funds? EE under PNP, met CEC, not met FSW

I think it all depends on what finds you claimed to have in your profile. If you said 0 bevause you thought you would be CEC applicant, then not but if you provided a certain amount of funds in your profile, you would definitely have to be able to provide POF for those funds. What did you enter...

Anyone has experience in reopening a refused case?

Assuming that you have enough CRS points to get another ITA fairly quickly, I would say that it is much easier to create a new profile and try again, as most people seem to unsuccessful in getting a case reopened. Also, the time it takes to get a new ITA might be shorter than the time it takes...

Paper documents to CIC by post

Express Entry is entirely online based. The only time you ever send anything in is after you get PPR, you have to submit your passport and photos to get COPR. The application process itself is online only.

    IELTS TEST

All the best for your application! As far as IELTS goes, I agree with the previous replies. You are safe after AOR and your results will count, no matter how long the processing actually takes.

    Sharing workpermit,passport and employment details

If you want professional help from an immigration law firm like canadavisa, you will eventually have to share a lot of your personal details either way. So far, i have only seen others mention positive things about canadavisa. Dont have any personal experience with their services though.

    Cancel ee application

As far as I know the processing fee is not refundable, only permanent resident fee is.

Points for age if that changes from the date of entry to pool

I am not sure about cic website but many people on here were in the same situation and their points were automatically adjusted after a birthday. So it is safe to assume that it will be the same for you. So whenever you have your birthday, you should see your points decrease automatically.

    Lost Application number/file number/UCI number.

They might have to call by themselves but again, my best advice would be to just call and see if they are willing to give out the UCI number over the phone at all. Just give them a call and you should be able to find out what option you have from the IRCC contact.

    OINP Problem

I would suggest you contact OINP to inform them of the mistake and hope that they are willing to correct it for you.

    What happens when OINP re-opens?

It is hard to tell as I suspect that they might make some changes to their requirements when they re-open. Hopefully, they come up with a system that doesnt require people to create new profiles and find a way to send invitations to candidates with existing profiles as well, granted that they...

ALREADY OPENED PN-PROGRAMS + UPCOMING PNPs

NBPNP is still open, assuming you are in one of the in demand NOCs or speak French. Others, like PEI PNP require a job offer from the province, I believe. Depending on how long you are willing to wait, Ontario and others should open back up some time around November when the new 2017 quotas...

    PPR = Approved?

No worries there. VO change might be a minor delay but nothing to worry about there. As long as you were honest in your application and you dont commit any crimes until your landing, you should be fine. ;) Wish you all the best and hope you dont have to wait too long for COPR!

Please advice on how to increase my CRC score.

Based on the information you provided, I would say IELTS is the only quick solution. Although even 450 points would still mean a significant wait time for ITA at this point. The only other possibility I see is to get your work experience up to 3 years, as that would be a significant jump in...
