Is it worthwhile for taking the TEF exam

Yeah, that's what everybody has said so far, even those who are fluent in French said that it is not an easy test to score very high on. I think without any previous knowledge of French, it is probably not worth trying at all.

PNP Applications - Query on timeline

Only Ontario sends invites directly through My CIC from what I know. All others, you have to check their websites and see if you qualify to apply. OINP wont reopen until November at the earliest. You can check the OINP website to read their official annoucement about it there.

    Second guessing NOC code

The thing that matters is what job duties are listed in your employment letter. Those have to match the NOC you choose in your profile. iRCC compares your employment letters to official NOC description so thats where you need to pay attention. If your job duties vary slightly or are more...

    Passport Overdue?! Confused! Please Help!!!!!

Usually, there is no need to upload anything after PPR. You send in a copy of your passport and the photos and they will send you COPR in return. Did you get a new passport after AOR? If nothing has changed regarding your passport since you applied, then it is most likely just a glitch in the...

Canadian Express visa and Job Bank

Just finding a job through job bank will not get you the additonal 600 points. It has to be badked by LMIA so even if a company is willing to hire you, they will have to be willing to go tjrough the LMIA process for you and have to get it approved by the government. Another option you have is...

which province to select- those who are opening this thread do comment pls

At 360 points, you will need to go the PNP route or try to find LMIA backed job offer. Job offers are hard to come by these days so looking into PNP is your best bet. the minimum required points for EE ever since 2015 was 450 so at 360, those are your only options to be selected. I would...

How long does it take from the time you apply after ITA till you land in Canada?

Its hard to tell because some applications are finished in 1-2 months and others wait for 6+ months. I think ordering GCMS notes would be your best bet. that way you can find out which parts have been finalizd and which ones havent. Takes about 4 weeks to get them so you might as well order...

Why is my Federal Skilled Worker Program requirements Not Met in my EE profile?

No worries. It is supposed to show it that way. Your profile is fine the way it is. All the best and hope you get ita soon!

Post office account as proof of fund

I assume they are still able to give you some kind of bank statement that shows your available funds so that shouldnt be an issue at all.

Submitting a New EE profile after sending a CSE on previous EE profile

If you create a new profile, then yes, you would have to register with job bank again.

    Landing Proof of Funds

I would say bank statement would be by far the most common option. I know that personally I wouldnt feel comfortable traveling with that much money, unless it was absolutely necessary.

point difference between NOC type A and B

As mentioned above, NOC type doesnt matter, only length of employment. All NOC 0, A and B are treated equally in EE

If you are worried about it, you can always send in a CSE, attach the extra information there and they will add it to your file. Not much effort and it might help to give you peace of mind.

Is it worthwhile for taking the TEF exam

To be perfectly honest, if you have to start from scratch the chances of getting a good score at TeF are fairly small, unless you are willing to spend 9-12 months of fairly intense french training on it. It is more difficult than IELTS, so unless you are willing to put in a lot of time and...

When are work experience letters verified/rejected?

Thats right. You can use any foreign work experience from the last 10 years and choose whichever one you have 12+ months of full time in as primary one.

Forgot to Mention a One Day US Trip in Travel History!!!

Yeah, i think thats probably the best. An otherwise fine application will not have any issues because of a random one day trip. If you get a schedule a request, you can include it there as you will, need to fill it all out again there anyway.
