If you go with WES, simply choose the option that says CIC or Immigration and there wont be any issues. Good luck with your application.

Since she is your spouse, she has a string tie to Canada, you. That means you have to make aure that you provide equally string ties to her home country to show that she will return to her country and not start a life with you in Canada. What documents did you provide to show her ties to her...

When are work experience letters verified/rejected?

You choose your primary NOC in your own profile. So you could always check your own profile to see. If you have 2 work experiences you claim and both are 12+ months of full time, for example, you could choose either one as primary, as long as they are both in NOC 0,A or B. Yes, not having 12...

EE in progress, I switched job from NOC B to C with same employer, any problems?

Since your application could still take a while to process, I assume you still depend on your income, right? it might be easier to just tell your employer about it to avoid confusion. Seems like a much easier solution than having to go without an income, possibly for months until your...

    Landing Proof of Funds

Sure, if a lot of time has passed, it is probably safer to use a new document. Even something simple like a print-out of your latest bank statement should be enough. In my case, officer spent maybe 2 seconds looking at pof and just wrote down the total. But in any case, you have to show that...

When are work experience letters verified/rejected?

There is no problem mixing noc codes.myou just need to have the 12 months full time in your primary noc code. After that, it is perfectly fine to add on other work in different noc codes to improve your score. I was in the same situation myself. Had one exprience in primary and a second...

Please advice on how to increase my CRC score.

If you had such a great score on TEF, i assume you could also do well on IELTS/CELPIP. That would get you some additonal poimts for second language. Assuming that you will still be stuck below 450 regardless, PNP might be your only option going forward.

Forgot to Mention a One Day US Trip in Travel History!!!

The previous post refered to a visa rejection. Thats a very different issue and a serious thing to forget. The one day trip on the other hand is very minor and i wouldnt worry about it. If you get schedule a rquest, you can always include it there for completeness sake.

    Travel History Details

Was the same for me. Included all trips I could possibly remember over the last twn years. Had to estimate some of the dates but included all of them over last 10 years. Can be a long list but if I were you, I wouldnt exclude any to be on the safe side.

    Express entry

    1) yes, foreign degrees require ECA. You only need it for your highest degree, PhD, as that is what your points will be based on. 2) you can do medicals shortly before ITA, if you know you have enough points to get ITA in next draw or you can do it after ITA and then submit it with your other...

Work license as experience letter supporting documents

I think thats a good way of looking at it. Whatever additional information you can provide that is relevant to your application, just include it to be on the safe side.

4 months no response from CIC.Should i be worried ? any suggestion for next step

Might be a good time for you to order GCMS notes to see how far your application has come during processing. That would tell you exactly what they have cleared so far. Also, which PCC didnt you include? FBI?

    Landing Proof of Funds

In my case, they also asked for POF at landing but I simply showed the exact same proof I privided along with my application without any issues. As far as I know, the whole point of providing POF is to ensure that people have the funds to help them settle in Canada. So its only obvious that you...

How to go with Travel Documents Process without PR Card

Travel document processing time varies by VO, so easiest is just to call them and ask for average time they take. Last time I checked a couple days ago, average processing for PR card was 58 days.

Why is my Federal Skilled Worker Program requirements Not Met in my EE profile?

You seem to qualify for both CEC and FSW. In that case, the default category is CEC. You get the same CRS score either way, so your profile is just fine the way it is. Best of luck and hope you get ITA soon!

PNP certificate is about to expire when PR application is in process

As far as I know, all your results, IELTS, any nomination get 'frozen' after AOR and stays valid during the entire processing time, no matter how long it takes.

    WES communication

Without any confirmation in writing, it would be safer to stick to just claiming one Bachelors degree to avoid the risk of getting rejected.

    Experience letter

The positions held refer to you working in different positions at your company with different job duties. The reason why that matters is because as somebody gets promoted, their job duties might change so much that they no longer qualify for the same NOC code. That would matter, since you need...

    URGENT HELP!! CEC APPLICATION REFUSED

That sounds just fine then, as anything over 30 hours is full time anyway so you dont get a bonus for any hours worked above 30 hours so no matter if it shows 62 or 80 biweekly, both are over 30 so full time either way.
