    I wouldnt worry about it. In my case, both my references were addressed to me, as my former employers went willing to address it to CIC and I didnt have any issues at all. As long as they contain all the necessary information, you shouldnt have any issues.

    I would hope that just to be fair to applicants, that they would use the AOR date to evaluate your funds, since 6 months are a long time and exchange rates can chanfe quite a bit during that time and it would be unfair to applicants to possibly deny anybody for funding issues due to exchange...

    To be honest, I was surprised myself and had fully expected for it to take 4-6 months. I applied under FSW Outland from Austria (visa-exempt) and had 451 points. Basically got lucky to submit my profile right before the two draws in september at 450.
