Exactly, the doctor will print out the emedical sheet for you and thats what you upload along with your application. It includes a barcode which cic can use to check on the results entered into the online database.

As far as i know, it will not allow you to connect, unless you call from inside canada. Skype never worked for me either outside of canada.

A lot of people seem to have issus with ecas lately. I wouldnt worry about it. Some get access early, others late or never. Just check in every once in a while to see if you can access ecas or not.

Unless your job is somhow LMIA exempt, i dont see how you would ualify for cec as you need a job with a valid lmia in order to qualify.

Good suggestion. I think most people seem to have accomplished that by entering a lower funds amount so that they dont meet the minimum for FSW. Maybe someone who apllied in CEC could comment also.

I think that if there is a slowdown due to new refugee cases then the delay should be shortlived. With Canada already taking in 200,000+ immigrants every year, I would expect that they should be able to adjust to the current situation quickly enough, without causes major delays for everybody else.

I dont think you are ever notified and you just need to check by yourself every once in a while. Seems to be different for everybody. I never had ecas access during my entire time after submission and i still dont. Not sure how they decide when and who gets access.
