    URGENT HELP!! CEC APPLICATION REFUSED

If you claimed that you worked 40 hours per week for example and all your paystubs show around 40 hours, they will assume that that is representative of your entire time working there. I dont think you have anything to worrry about. The above case was very different, where he had 18 months of...

    URGENT HELP!! CEC APPLICATION REFUSED

That explains your mistake right there. You were only counting hours and received points based on 2 full years when in reality you didnt actually have the full 104 weeks of work experience. You might have had enough hours for 2 full years but not the full number of weeks, which is why the...

    Experience letter

Senior HR is perfectly fine. No issues there. Usually, it is good to have the number of hours, as full time might not mean the same in all countries. So just to be on the safe side, you could include a few paystubs that show your work hours as well, to back up what full time meant in your case...

    Experience letter

Since 3 years of full time employment already get you the maximum points, claiming the one experience is enough. The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared: a reference or experience letter from the employer, which should be an official document printed on...

    NOC Code *Reference Letter* CEC

Thats very good advice as I remember some people had some real issues by simply copying all NoC duties. Its definitely not recommended.

    67 points

Did you decide to give up on your TRV and business immigration? I remember you were asking about business immigration. Did you get an LMIA approved job offer through the government?

    about work employer

Since you said that your score is 452, you dont seem to have LMIA to claim points for. In that case, your current job doesnt matter, since all the experience you ar claiming points for is past experience anyway. As long as you maintain your legal status in Canada, you can have any job you like...

How to upload multiple attachment under one category for PR application

I think thats the best advice. I had to play around with dpi for some of my up.oads as well to find a good balance between size and quality.

    WES communication

I think you ar right. As long as you cannot get them to change the wording, then I believe you would only be able to claim it as one degree. Have you tried contacting them to just ask them directly if they are willing to mark the second degree as 1 year postgraduate study or something similar...

I have a CRS score of 453, what are my chances?

Dont lose hope. 453 is still a very good score and should still get you an ITA sooner or later. Do you hwve any options left to improve your score like a better language result?

    IELTS TEST

You said your IELTS expires july 21st so if you receive your ITA before then and you submit your application before that date you are fine. Anything after that requires you to take the test again. So yes, if you apply in november you need to have a new ielts result before that.

    Work experience

my CIC only goes by month. Thats why you received the points ahead of time. However, you should make sure that you have the full 3 years when you receive ITA.

Do I need Proof of Funds? EE under PNP, met CEC, not met FSW

Others also seem to think that cec doesnt require pof, so you should be fine, as long as you are in canada and have a job. See here: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/cec-pof-t414214.0.html

Its AOR that counts. So as long as IELtS expires after AOR you are fine.

    Travel document?

If you havent done your landing yet, then you dont need a travel document as you would simply use your copr and do your landing the next time you return to Canada. Your COPR is valid until your medicals expire or your passport expires, whichever comes first. Medicals are valid for 1 year. You...

Anyone has experience in reopening a refused case?

Sure, if you dont have enough points to get a new ITA any time soon, then it is definitely worth a try, as you would just be waiting in the pool anyway. Wish you the best of luck and hope it works out for you!

When are work experience letters verified/rejected?

Since application processing times vary dramatically between different applicants, its impossible to give an exact time but I would say the vast majority of rejections happen within the first 3 months after AOR. Ultimately, rejections can happen at any time before PPR, so I think the best...
