Hi All
I applied for express enry and got ITA on June 1st.
my concern is my IELTS test results expired on july 21st 2016.
next avalable date for test is july 30th .
is that problem for me or can i upload my IELTS results later on

No need to retake the IELTS if you can submit your PR application before July 21.

that mean i dont need to retake exam.

IELTS should be valid when you submit you profile/application. Which I believe you have done adn have recieved Acknowledgement (AOR)

NO need to worry. You do not have to give the test again. Now just wait for the PPR. Good Luck

As far as IELTS goes, I agree with the previous replies. You are safe after AOR and your results will count, no matter how long the processing actually takes.

1. If you had ITA before October but AOR happened after October, then I should retake ielts?

2. If you had ITA and AOR before October but BG checks and approval happened after October. I don't need to retake?

Its AOR that counts. So as long as IELtS expires after AOR you are fine.

I suppose you're referring to EE's AOR right?

Like what if I get PNP nomination by October and got ITA from EE by November. Then that means I should've taken an ielts prior to end of October?

You said your IELTS expires july 21st so if you receive your ITA before then and you submit your application before that date you are fine.

Anything after that requires you to take the test again.

So yes, if you apply in november you need to have a new ielts result before that.
