I have something to ask of you as well. In the "Client Details" section of your notes, after the lines that say Occupation, Telephone #, Fax #, and E-mail (this was on page 4 of my packet of notes), do you have a mini-section called "CSQ Information"? This has three lines: Individual Ref. #, Issuance Date, and Valid to:. The CSQ Information sub-section is above the "Address" sub-section on mine. Do you have that?

Hey ddobro2 did your gcms notes say anything about wether you need an interview or not.I didnt see anything on mine about that.

Congrats on PPR!! Just a quick question....do PPRs usually come in snail mail or email format?

I'm just about to order CAIPS notes but there is an option of ordering GCMS notes as well. Does anyone know which one is better? Thanks!

On the very last page of the report there is a section called "Notes" and I am able to see the notes from our officer in Mississauga and then from Buffalo. Here's what they wrote and how I was able to see that our interview is waived:

CPC-M Notes 28APR2011- CPCM/AO 03MAY2011
AO. 01JUN2010 to 31JAN2011
Sponsoring Spouse. Sponsor and PA Married on 27APR2010. First marriage for Sponsor. Eligibility Requirements are met. IMM8's and Supporting docs en route to the V/O. CPCM/AO. Complete for service commitment date entered 24MAR2011 Case Reverred to Buffalo e-mail sent to Sponsor to adivse of our recommendation at the following email address: (my email addy)

Then:

From august 2/2011:
Subj & Sponsr 1st met thru the internet 15DEC07 and then in person a pprox 1 1/2 years later 29Jul09 in Indianapolis. They began dating from teh time they met in person and married almost 1 year later in Indianapolis on 27Apr10. Relationship appears bona fide. Mar Cert on File. Recommend Waiver of Intvw -

It's nice to see their actual notes. I don't see waive interview anywhere else on the file though.

I ordered CAIPS but received GCMS. They said that GCMS is replacing CAIPS so it's likely that's what you'll end up getting no matter what.

My husband just called me and...we got PPR!!! :D ;D :D ;D

Wow, that was really unexpected, with our MP telling us just last week that our file has not been even looked at (I wonder what he was smoking), and going "in process" just this Sunday. I feel like a huge weight just lifted off of me.
I hope that this means that they are back working in the Dec files again, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that my fellow Decemberites will get their PPRs soon (followed by Januarites, Februarites...)

Wow congrats Kayan! This give me hope. Did you get an email or was it mailed to you?

Thank you! It was emailed. I don't remember anyone receiving PPR by mail from Buffalo ::)

Wow, crazy, crazy Buffalo! You see what gets them to push some papers? I bet you're so glad you had your MP check in. Congrats! Now you have other things to think about :D

You think it was the MPs doing? I am really curious since they cannot legally do anything, but in that case, the information he gave us was so so so wrong. There is no way they processed our application in 1 week.

Thanks for the congrats everyone! :)

YAY!

*interrupts PPR celebration for just a sec* I posted this on a seperate thread but got crickets:

Has anyone completed a Record Correction Request Form/TBC-CTC 350-11 form (http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/tbsf-fsct/350-11-eng.pdf)? Note that he ATIP division says this is for corrections as well as omissions. I'm a bit concerned that my CSQ information has been omitted in the GCMS notes I received because it was not received by Buffalo (even though I myself sent a copy of it to Mississauga with a request that they inform the VO).
