Hi! Regarding the spreadsheet- I had the wrong AOR date on my sig here, I had the date of sponsorship approval listed as AOR lol someone pointed that out that knows me from another forum I fixed it now...Can you change it to the proper date please! Thanks!

I have something to ask of you as well. In the "Client Details" section of your notes, after the lines that say Occupation, Telephone #, Fax #, and E-mail (this was on page 4 of my packet of notes), do you have a mini-section called "CSQ Information"? This has three lines: Individual Ref. #, Issuance Date, and Valid to:. The CSQ Information sub-section is above the "Address" sub-section on mine. Do you have that?

Yup mine has that section also but there isnt any info there.

Thanks for letting me know. The reason I asked was I know you're not a Quebec applicant, so I wanted to check if that was a routine section for everyone or not. The fact that mine was blank makes me very nervous. They should have not only gotten my CSQ from Quebec but also the copy I sent to CPCM with a note asking them to forward it to the VO in case they did not get the original. I sent my RPRF at the same time, which CPCM did acknowledge. Ugh..... :

Thanks for letting me know. The reason I asked was I know you're not a Quebec applicant, so I wanted to check if that was a routine section for everyone or not. My line of thinking is that as the CSQ section simply requires putting numbers and dates associated with that document (well, I'm pretty sure it does), issued by the Quebec authorities, it would make a whole lot of sense to get that out of the way as opposed to enter data that requires more of an analysis on the part of the immigration officer (like, say, the medical info, which has been for the most part entered). What I'm most concerned about is them having that CSQ at all.

Well, we've e-mailed our police certificates and translations to Buffalo. We'll snail mail the "originals" (Brazil provides these online for FREE) once they arrive via CanadaPost from our translator. Here's hoping snail mail isn't too slow today.

what are these numbers for? Can anyone help to explain??

I have two numbers but VO replied my file is currently awaiting review in a large queue of files. (don't know how large :'( )

We got an email back in July that had both file numbers on it (after we prodded Buffalo) but when we got the COPR it only had the F number, so I can almost agree with some of the previous speculation of them just being in a transition period from B to F numbers. No worries, man, you're on your way.

You know better than that.To even try and figure out there way of thinking and how they process things is unreal.But hopefully they have it or maybe its time for a specific inquiry to make sure.
