CPC-M won't normally ask for additional documents - if something is missing that they need to assess the sponsor, they usually send the whole application back. Unfortunately, the Option C is part of the sponsor's process, so you might see the ap come back so it can be included and sent again to CPC-M.

So that means if their letter comes by for e.g. 25th Feb and I send the application on 26th Feb and it reaches CPC-M by 27th Feb, my App. Received date would be 27th Feb or would it still be 3rd feb when it reached CPC-M in the first place?

Buffalo many people that have had the application returned because of a missing doc or signature have sent it back in and didn't take the full amount of time to be approved. It will set you back a bit though.

Thanks for posting on the thread!

Our application was returned to us the first time. We did not know the exact procedure and we had sent only the sponsorship application without the permanent residency application for my husband. They returned all the documents to us with a list of the missing docs. We included the missing docs and the missing payment and we sent them back. We had not yet the FBI report so we sent it later to them as we had to send back the docs within 30 days I think.
