According to my knowledge and opinion, vacations are OK, but for a PR holder living out of Canada permanently during spouse application may affect negatively.
Congratulations Arslan bhai, You are lucky to get through. (I guess your wife did not intimate to LVO, that after January 2015 she is out of Canada. If she had intimated, this could have complicated the case).

Thanks a lot. Yes, I believe Alhamdulillah I am lucky enough to get it done positively in very short time. Regarding Intimations, LVO requested additional documents back in Late Aug 2015 and I have sent my CDRs showing my wife Pakistani number and also sent Facebook logs with more than 30 check-in on different places of Lahore and to clear I highlighted dates and venues for LVO.

But that doesn't impact my case Alhamdulillah and I got positive results and didn't hide anything from them. I believe its legal right of my wife to stay with me during whole process.

Anyway Be straight and clear and believe in Allah then all goes well.

Greeting every one my husband has his re medical on 14 sep furthermore additional document were requested in late august which was sent after 1 week but still no update on ECAS .

You are right brother, I have mountains of stress on my shoulders too, I think LVO has invited only people from firs quater of 2014 for interview yet. Let's hope for next quater In Sha Allah ...

I was also waiting for an interview date and had to wait 1 year before got a date. They have so many people for interview and if u haven't received a date for November, u may have to wait for the next set of interviews. I did interview in May and am still waiting on background checks, any one know how long that takes?

That's insane. Was your file in Islamabad ? May be that's why you got held up.
They should have cleared you by now. I mean - come on it has been 4.5 months since !!

Better talk to an MP or send them a CSE.

In logo ko koi sharm o haya nahi hay. Dosro kee families ko is tarah dooor rakha hua hay. If their families get in the same boat, they will know what its like.

AoA, everyone.
MashALLAH good to hear for all from you guys brother and sister as they have received their PPR.
As i am applicant 6 july 2015. And MashALLAH my status already IN PROCESS on 17 SEP 2015 , i hope for the Best as LVO is on fast track these days.
