Hi All, I am a PR and got married to my gf in India via court marriage. We were dating for 5 years. Now I'm applying for her visa under spouse sponsor family class and I'm adding myself as unpaid representative in the file. I'm submitting all the proofs under additional documents and came up with a format to write a short letter followed by enclosed attachments. So my question is a) letter should be drafter by her (Principal applicant) /me (sponsor) / us (together) b) who should sign those letters at the end?

Sorry what that mean? I'm planning to draft it by myself (sponsor) and sign it. Do you forsee any issue?

it means any one of you or both of you is fine, there is no specific restriction/requirement for the letter
