Yes insha Allah they will interview you in Arabic, for my wife she chose Arabic as well, the application was submitted in English but she chose for interview in Arabic, so they actually had a Moroccan l;ady who was doing the interpretation into Arabic from French, the officer was a French lady., my wife she knows some French as well, but of course everyone feels comfortable specially during interview to speak/answer in their mother tongue.

which questions did your wife answer negatively and why if you don't mind me asking ?

She responded all questions in positive way but I think I did some in negative manner during the ADR:

49. Does your wife talk with your brothers? I said "No"
50. Why not? I said don't have too what I meant was over the phone but I was just overwhelmed
51. Have you talked with your brother's wives? I should have just said Yes but I said only face to face
68. Do you want to say anything? I said "No" I should have explained the whole relationship in summary during this time

My lawyer friend suggested me that the last question had the opportunity to explain the whole relationship, they always ask this question because they want to know more.

One question sister, are you originally from Morocco as well? Just curioues bcoz spouses from different origins may make a difference as in my case.

I just don't think a lot of people understand culture, The questions asked seem also very irrelevant to determine if your marriage is real. If my husband had brothers I would not carry on casual conversations with them as they are not my mahrams, especially if my husband is not beside me or on the same call. I do speak with my husband's sisters, but that's different. And if I had a brother who was married, it would not be acceptable that my husband calls my brother's wife to have a casual conversation.

Thats what I explained to them and also told them that she does talk to my sister, my mother, my brother's wife, but they were just .... anyways insha Allah khair

My hubby is not here yet. There is one paper which was sent on oct 02 and the Embassy has not received it yet. I thinks RCMP does not know the exact date that they sent it to the Embassy and we are still waiting. They sent it through regular mail, i am afraid it is lost. I am really worry!!! I only trust in God.

It is better when the partner has not came to Canada before because they do not have to ask for their fingerprints to RCMP. The fingerprints took 25 weeks to get it and they sent it and now the Embassy has not received it.

I pray to God to have my hubby here soon!!!!

May I ask, Why the Embassy is requesting the paper from RCMP? was your husband lived here in Canada before for more than 6 months? was it the Police Clearance Certificate they requested?
