I just got off the phone with CIC, I had the agent who wouldn't even bother too look into anything for me. She didn't even understand why I had a temporary file number. I'll call back in a little bit, it's Xmas eve, I can hope and bug them ;D

I think I would keep trying until I got someone who would (at the very least) check.

I'm just hoping for something, my husbands birthday is New Years Eve (poor guy, only because he isn't a partying type person), I would love to have something happy to tell him in that department.

Today is our last day of hope, until Monday I should get into the kitchen and distract myself by baking the cookies for Santa

i am on day 63, we called CIC, and received AOR by phone. nothing more though, only information that in next week or two we will get email or mail with more info.
so still no SA, but at least AOR

also, they received it day later than our courier told us, so I changed it on spreadsheet, now formally i am on day 62

After all this time waiting finally before Christmas Santa gave me good news.. lets hope their decision will be a positive one..

So excited to report that only 2 hours after AOR email yesterday we received SA email So AOR and SA both on December 23! Perfect holiday celebration! I'll update the spreadsheet now.

Two questions: 1) How long after SA can you check the CIC website for status updates? and 2) Do I then check with my info or my sponsors info?
