I was told processing time for visiting parents to help take care of grandkids was faster, but until now I haven't got any luck yet.

she's a permanent resident of Italy but she's Filipino, currently residing in Philippines.
Do you think these details are affecting the delay in the process?
I am desperate to have my mom here as both me and my husband are working and the kids don't have school. We are forced to put them to Day care/ youth camps for the whole day and is getting too expensive.

I have applied visitor visa for my mother from India. She already been to Canada once but due to passport expiry her visa got expired. Her biometric is still valid so we do not require biometric. We submitted file through agent on June 10. We have not received any update yet.

Current processing time for India is 46 days.. so somewhere in 3rd or 4th week of July you should get an update
