Mine po nung May 30, 2016. Nung nag email sila ng AOR2.

I don't have aor2. Should I worry? I'm afraid if I follow up the CEM officer. it will take time. Lols.
On my gcms notes 3rd of June 2016, it states, recommended pass. VO says marriage is valid.
I'm just worried a bit, since I did not received any email confirmation from VO in Manila .

I did not receive it until I phone CIC, they told me they may forgot to send the letter, they sent it the same day... I think they keep working in your file, but you should phone them to get the AOR2

HI everyone, its been a long time, but I am back.

I am debating if I should call my visa office. I applied in January 25 (they received this date). My medical record was sent prior months before my application and it has been received. The visa office in Sao Paulo started processing my application in March 30. Processing times have changed 2x since I applied (from 8 to 9 month, now to 10 month and it says it includes the sponsor evaluation). So, which processing time should I count?

I have been living in Vancouver for 6 years. I am finishing my nursing degree, was in common-law for 2 years when applied, and had bought a house together for 1 year. Now we are married. I have send all the info to CIC and my visa office. No answer, no email, no questions so far. I am worried. It seemed so straight forward. What is happening? And thoughts, advices? Thank you. :)

Processing times tell you how long it took CIC to process applications in the past. Its an average of how long previous appliations. So you should probably expect the new processing time to be more accurate.
Its shocking to me that Sao Paulo has become so slow. At the beginning of the year Brazil and Peru were some of the fastest, and so far neither of those Visa Offices have processed any 2016 applications. It's shocking to me to be honest!
Best of luck, lets hope the wait is almost over! Your 10 months are up next month ;D

Any recent activity from the Mexico Office?

Hello. Nakita ko lang timeline mo. Nakikita ko kasi sa MVO, yung mga Dec. applicants, hinihingan na ng passport. Hopefully isabay na nila January Feb para sabay sabay na. Nga pala, nagsubmit ba kayo ng Advisory on Marriage??

Thanks, DeHdez15 - looks like we are on the exact same timeline. Aside from a request for additional documents (original marriage certificate and updated Spouse Questionnaire) in early August (which I submitted within a week) and request to pay the RPRF, it's been quiet.

Well, but if they asked for more documents from you, that is a good thing, they are actually working on them ;D
They have not asked me for anything yet. :-X
Good Luck

I'm hoping it is a good sign. Thanks for the encouragement! I was worried that these items were being requested because there was an issue with the original submission -- that for some reason they were not to the VO's liking.

Have you already paid your RPRF?

I'm hoping maybe someone can help me with this.
My husband is from Germany and I am a Canadian citizen. Our application status was updated today from "In Process" to "Decision Made".
It still just shows the three lines though!
1. Application Received
2. Application Started
3. Medical results received.

Has anyone else had this happen? If so, how long was it before you received more information?

Is this good news?? I hope so. :)
