Hello,
Anyone from sept 2015 applicant still waiting to hear from Colombo VO?

I finally got PPR yesterday from my VO Bogota. Husband and are relieved that after a long 13 months of waiting, we finally have come to the end of the beginning. Good luck to those still waiting from September of last year

Yes and NO.

Yes - you can if u have all the details that is required for the update: name, UCI, dob, address, and all that.

No- its better to just let her do it.

How long to reply-- that will depend on Your Processing center. And most times , they don't reply , as soon as you send the update, u get a no-reply email confirming the receipt, and you only need to keep checking ECAS for the update to reflect ..

Hope that Helps

Good Day, i have a wife in Canada she is PR. Soon she will sponsor me but i have HIV. Please let me know what to do or do i have a chance to land? Thanks for the help

My husband and I applied in August 2015. He just got an email saying that he needs to re-do his medical as it's more than a year old. When he called to inquire about it, he was told he would also need to re-pay the processing fee as his application is more than a year old. His application is more than a year old because they took more than a year to process, so why should we need to pay again for their delay? Has anyone heard of this before? It just doesn't seem right to me.

They don't ask for double payment because they took so long . are you sure it's IRCC or your Lawyer / Rep .

Hi there. I saw that you applied through the Pretoria VO, our application is also being processed by them. If you have time, would you mind if I PM you to find out some of your timelines? We applied in September 2018 and received AOR 2 today...was just wondering what to expect next. Thanks :)
