Hey,

I am stucked in an unexpectedly horrible situation. i applied to sponsor my spouse. They refused my sponsorship stating i didnot declare my marriage during processing of my permanent residence application. However i did notify both offices twice regarding my marriage. Also since i selected to continue processing of my application even if i cannot sponsor thereby they are continuing the Spouse evaluation (Part II).

I have email communication as evidence that i notified them of my marriage. But i dont know how to resolve this. I send a case specific enquiry with attached evidences. Please advice if anyone faced this situation and how can i handle it. >:( >:( >:( :'( :'( :'( :'(

I think you have to file an appeal ...hire a lawyer though

Hey gang,
Can't remember last time I posted it's been so busy! Hubby officially landed on Dec 10th. Just wondering what is the average turn around time before he receives his actual permanent resident card. Is there some way we can check the status? He's American and had to pop back home to quit his current job there - do you think he'll have a problem coming back if we don't have the card yet? (We asked this question at his place of landing and the officer said no).
Thanks!

Hello everyone,
One of my is sponsoring her spouse from pakistan. They got letter that their application is in interview que on November 2016.
Today they received an email for remed as the upfront med is expired? She's now so confuced. Does LVO waived their interview or they will get interview convocation letter after remed? Can any one clarify this situation. One thing about her application is she applied on October 2015 and she didn't paid RPRF yet. Any advise is hugely appreciated.
Thank you. :)

I don't know, sorry. I have a question though - once the decision was made and he submitted copies of passport and photos, how long after that did he get the official CoPR??

I suggest that you don't assume anything.....redo the medical and prepare for the interview. Hopefully all will work out in good time.

We submitted copies of his passport and photos with the initial application package. When the decision was made; however, we received his COPR in about 2 weeks.

Hello everyone,

Can anyone tell me how long does take to get PPR after remed and RPRF?

Dm and ppr received yesterday.
