You'll probably think I'm crazy... but its the 5th page (the last page) of IMM 0008 Application: A completed Generic Application Form for Canada.
Since we completed all the applications in Egypt...some of the pages got mixed up together, I put them all back together n their proper form, and there was one very similar to it that I added in.. But thankfully I have the one they need (signed just in case) so I guess I will be sending it in to them today.

Very unfortunate that this had to happen..

Wow the last page....means it's the one with the principal applicant's signature right..??

On the positive side, at least it's good that they didn't return the entire package back to you! Very smart of your processing officer to have asked to send that missing page, instead of returning the whole thing to you .

And did you send the missing page with registered mail, with a tracking number??

Well... I found the paper that was missing from the application

And I JUST sent it!! It should be there by tomorrow morning, I'm really hoping nothing else goes wrong...

I am not ready to wait any longer than it should!!

I'm pretty sure, they are just waiting for that page and then give you SA asap
Btw, the last page, is that the signature or the barcode?

Hi guys,

Just a little update, a few minutes ago I just spoke to someone from my MP's office and asked for more details about her conversation yesterday with someone from CPC-M (the actual Mississauga office, NOT the 1-888-242-2100 Montréal call centre).

Basically, the CIC rep looked for my package tracking number in their database, and she found my tracking number! Which means that my package IS at CPC-M, but for some odd reason the warehouse staff might've forgotten to bring my parcel to the appropriate processing agent...*sigh* annoying I know, but that's a relief!
And they're trying to find out why my application wasn't logged and entered into the system...

Hoping to hear from them soon...

I'm pretty sure your AOR will come soon, Messenger! Not too many people suffer from the same issue, I suppose...
(I wonder how inhinyeronina's doing!)

You can just call your MP from Greece I suppose? (Probably now is too early as officially they haven't surpassed your normal processing times.)

I've been away from Canada too many years to have had any contact with any MP's really so I wouldn't know where to start

As for Skype yes I have been using it heavily for over 5 years and my company is allowing me one credit card charge 0f 25 euros per month so I can do lots of calls like this!

As for me at least now I feel a little better as my spouse is in hospital with intravenous from this morning and at least she is not vomiting any more and I hope to get her home by tomorrow because we have a long weekend coming (Monday 18th marks the end of the carnaval and the start of the 40 days of lent ) so this is a special day where we go out picnicing on sesame crusted bread, fresh onions, Greek halvah and black Kalamata olives and also a special custom where every body flies a kite! I just hope it doesn't rain then other wise I can stay home and look at my inbox again hehehehe

In my whole life I've never been in touch with an MP (I wasn't even born in Canada ), and last week was the first time, ever, that I got in touch with one.....I wrote her an email, telling her that I sent my sponsorship application, that the CIC surpassed my normal processing times, and that I hadn't got an AOR, bla bla bla. And at the end of the email, I made a simple request, asking her whether she can contact the CIC to find out what's going on ^^. So I imagine if you really had to contact an MP, you could do the same

Do you have a Canadian postal code in mind? Perhaps your old postal code? Or your family's/relatives'? You can plug it in here to find out who your MP is =)

Glad to know that Aspa's not vomiting anymore!! Did the hospital confirm that she really was suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum then, much like Kate Middleton??

don't worry too much about it, it shouldn't delay too much. I suppose you were given the name of an officer? if that's the case, then as soon as your file gets in, it will be added and approved. It has happened for others in the past and has only delayed for a few days, the time for the papers to get there. You're not going back to the end of the pile or anything like this... it's all good!
