Express Entry - e-APR Submitted in November 2016

Hi,

Can any body please clarify this. I have worked in multiple companies and have all the relevant documents that i worked for 10 years, but not for the one that i worked 10 years ago . Do i need to show that company as well. If so, do we need to show in personal history section or work history section. Though, i don't claim any points using that employment, i showed that employment in Canada work permit application submitted 4 years ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

While uploading RCMP,there are certain fields that needs to be filled.
Could you please let me know what would be the document number,In the document issued there are two numbersOCID and DCN,which one can be used as document number.

I have mentioned DOCID number and expiry date as 6 month from the date RCMP is issued

#25 troubles me a lot.
I did a one-year distance learning program with a Scottish university. As I have never physically been to Scotland I did not submit any PCC for it. Neither I mentioned Scotland in my travel history. So it's obvious that I have never been there. There are no records for Scotland in my passport all the stamped pages of which I have already submitted either. I also put my home country as a Country of study.
Do you, guys, think I should raise a CSE on it?

UPD. For the exact same year I list another activity (employment) in my personal history which took place in my home country. So again it's kind of obvious that I couldn't have been in two countries at the same time.

What you have done is correct. A LOE would have helped the officer understand the situation easily.

Ritchie You are right that it should not matter but I know of a friend who was asked to obtain a fresh PCC since his was also more than 6 months old. That said, I also know about a case where it did not matter. So it all depends on who is looking at your file. I would say better to be safe than sorry.

@Anshul.........Good part is your friend did not get their application cancelled or outright rejected but instead was contacted asking for a fresh PCC. That makes me feel relieved.

Per your previous post, what i will do is go ahead and start the process to get the new India PCC right away, so if it is requested, i have it handy. However, if by the time i get it completed, in case my application has already processed to where i don't need it any more, then so i won;t submit the new one.

One more question, what is the process for me to submit the new PCC once i receive it ? - do i upload with a CSE form ?

Yes thats right, only the bio pages should suffice, and yes if you have had any PCC thing stamped on your passport then you should be sending that one.

I don't see issues here. However, it is recommend that the applicant submit ALL pages that are stamped/contain a visa/contain any marking for that matter.

This shouldn't be an issue however.

Personally i do not think that they believe the travel dates that you mention in your application as thry have links with immigration central data-base of almost every country.

What i think is that during your bkg check that starts rite away after your A11.2(eligibility checks) are passed is to verify your travel history and match it with your address history.

So even if you do not upload pages with stamps, thry have there own data-base to verify your claims

Well yes but in the e-APR, the instructions are to upload bio pages + pages that contain markings on your current PP. I wouldn't take the risk of not uploading those.
