The app might/might not goto LVO..it might be processed at ottawa as well..order notes to find out vo ..once you find out vo..you can determine processing time..

Yes, but nothing changes online in my application. Not sure providing the document with general enquiry email will serve the purpose. I have raised a new CSE directing to New Delhi Visa Office as it was mentioned in their email that i must also contact my LVO for any update.

Well, it should not change immediately. However, yes, contacting LVO is advisable.

I'd like to find out more about why my medical status is sitting on 'under review' and whether they have all the information they need (some people report not promptly being told about follow up tests). Would CIC respond to such an enquiry or tell me to wait?

For Inland applicants, maybe Yes but usually your background should have changed to Not Needed at this time when your R10 and A11.2 checks were done.

my medicals were passed yesterday, so hopefully you should see some movement on your application in the 1st week of Jan
My AOR was Nov 20th, so assuming they process in that order.
