SAME! they sent me a wrong tracker that never been activated until now! even I received the passports already with different AWB only after I called DHL and found out that it was just laying there for 16 days with nowhere to send it to! what's wrong with those people!!!!

I got ppr on 17th May, they received our passport shortly after. now the website shows counterfoil was issued on 7th June. they're just sitting on it ever since doing nothing at all... really inefficient and utterly unprofessional embassy

hello, received my ppr 2 days ago with instructions to send the passports to cairo office, how long do they usually take to send the passports back?
