Hi everybody, Does anybody has an experience to apply temporary work permit visa with a specific employer without LMIA? Please help

Application approved today... Passport dispatched to VFS... so NDVO is working today

I submitted passport on 08.03.2017. status is still same and it is with Canada visa ,NDVO. I guess now they have three holidays .... So may be by Wednesday they will dispatch mine...
