I just received my PPR tonight (Eastern Standard Time) in my email. I will have to land by late August. I will post my experience at one of the landing threads.

Here is my timeline. It's been a long wait since November 2016.

It was a straight forward experience. I wrote it up in the landing thread.

No, I didn't have to show any bank statements.
