Should have I provided a name change affidavit in my case? My surrendered Indian passport has my current name. I understood that if there was a difference between Indian and Canadian passports, an affidavit would be required.

If they do want an additional document, will they request it, or would it be rejected? I answered yes to previous name change but didn't include an affidavit as my Indian and Canadian passport match. Worried they may not like this.
