Who’s the lucky person who got the visa in 11 months? Can u share the timeline?

i think the case was filled in once upon a tym.right now the time increase to 23 months. so have a long sleep.

It was a husband case with Jun 2010 AOR, his wife is an immigration officer in Calgary and we think that was the reason it was quick..

I want to know what documents need to be notarized, example do the school certificates, diplomas need notarization? Alos the medical is done but what does my wife need to send to me? Copy 2 of the IMM form the DMP gives? that's it?

its better that every sheet she files to send, u should have a copy of it coz it will be so handli wen u get an interview or jus in general.....
coz if u dont have it then wen u r asked question asnwer differently, it will seem taht ur case is not genuine.....

Thats not true...They take the same amount time as everyone else if not more... No one can do anything to make the process fater, its same for everyone...

Wes there is one more thing we need to discuss here ! The timeline of 23 months is for the case processed in 2009 and 2010. May be the case logged in 2011 get processed more faster than the timeline ! what do u say?

It depends when they are going to finish 2010 cases...My wife and lots of others are the applicants of 2010 and so far we have only seen a few Jan to Mar AORs receiving PPRs. My wife is a March AOR and no words yet so it totally depends when they are going to clear the backlog...

Finally my family has planned my ruksati etc in Jan 2011 but the date has still not been fixed! What if I don’t get the objection letter by then would be better to send them all the pics and other proofs before or should I wait?! I haven’t seen any case on this forum in which the docs were sent voluntarily  Please help and let me know the procedure. :-[

YEs you should send them all voluntarily before they send you the objection letter to save some time. Also include a cover letter explaining why it wasn't done to begin with. I think you meant Jan 2012 right?? Congrats!

congrats hina for ur upcoming rukhsati.about the file ii suggest u shoul wait one more month as my file was approved in april 2011 and sent to isl and according to the system the CHc recieved it in may 2011.so in june we will going to email them for our file number o u also should wait till your file will be recieved by CHC-Isl. tc stay blessed
