Danny brother, it didn't make a difference of sending a cover letter nd medical payment receipt for me . I sent the cover letter nd receipt with passport on the next day of medical. It's been 86 days since my husband did medical nd I inquired through MP. my husband got a call from CHC-I, but no change

Remember yours is a husband case so its very possible that they have the results and havn't updated it yet. Don't worry about the status update. Do you know if your husband had his background check done already or were they waiting for a Re-PCC ?

I inquired throught Mp nd they said "awaiting for the medical results". even they said, wether the applicant even did the medical? status updated to "in process" on june 11,so it should'nt it have updated if they have got the results ??? they never asked for Re-PCC

You know your case wasn't really smooth, you had a few issues with the documentation. Also, your Immigration officer is the same who processed all those Sep-Dec files and is super slow. Although I agree that there are more than a few cases from July 2012 who are waiting for status updates. It seems like something went wrong with the medical updates either from CHC-Islamabad or New Delhi.

hmmm well only my Nikkah Nama was not attested lyk toffan but i did so N sended them N within a Month received PPR + RE -Medical otherwise my case has been done in July so i dont think its about documentation...........In a Month of July 2012 out of 10 only 2 or 3 members got visa ...........so there is something fishy or lyk Rap N canadian555 wait 3 to 4 Months after Re- Medical+ PPR.

It seems like there is an issue with updating/finding medical results in CHC-Islamabad lately. I did see a few people who did their medicals in July still waiting for status updates. Hopefully they will update the results soon InshaAllah.

it's the problem with july re-medical only. jazakAllah hopefully they get the results soon nd issue the visa InshAllah

i checked my status on sunday it was "Decision made" but the address was the same..but to day i checked my status it shows "decision made" and current home address shows "Canada address" and current mailing address shows my pakistan home adress.???

i dont know when they return PP ???

If the address has changed that means your landing papers are ready too.. you're almost through mashallah..

Waoh thats what u want N now u got it .........is nothing to do about age .........dont blame CiC ........first of all y havent u attested the marriage certificate ...........dont give ur dam excuse that u dont have anything to provide them ...........still u can attest an send another one with ur wedding pics.........an dont u call ur wife at all that u can proof them.

Ur always in arguing mood lol... honestly, I don't have anything else to send and I do call in in specially occasion (e.g bd, eid etc...)...
I am telling you, age does play a major rule in determination of your case success...

BTW I am not that old 29 years old and she is 17....... I am not a good guy and don't want to destroy her life by pretending that I love her.... my life is very busy here and don't have much time to share with anyone else... ..... which kind of parents can give her 16 years old daughter to some like me 29 years.... she is a kid and it's her time to get proper education and enjoy her life, not to start partnership life..... I did get upset on my parent,but now I don't know how to tell her parent that she will come here, but she will not be my wife..... I will financially support her to complete her education here and after 3 or 4 years she become mature and can find a suitable partner........ so that what i am facing and trying my best to not be selfish....

Everyone has their own battles to fight and none of us should ever judge the other for their actions because only they are aware of what is exactly happening. I hope you are able to sort this issue out sooner than later and may you be happy with your upcoming life.

Age do matter if wife is older then husband ....if its a big difference then still matter can b solve by proof....
