CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

i checked my status on sunday it was "Decision made" but the address was the same..but to day i checked my status it shows "decision made" and current home address shows "Canada address" and current mailing address shows my pakistan home adress.???

i dont know when they return PP ???

hi guys
i got a call from chc I yesterday. 9 oct and the woman on fone told me that my medical results are still pending, and i asked he million questions regarding what to do now and bla blackshe was nice enough toreply each of them andsaid i dnt have to worry and they will track down the medical themselves.
i asked her abt the reciept thing and she said there isno need to send the reciept and they will track own the medical themselves

my fustration is on te highest peaks .

donr worry... they have atleast started processing your case.....

This is why you should have sent the medical payment receipt along with a cover letter stating that you have done your medicals. They would have tried to look for your medicals right away. I sent a cover letter and medical payment receipt along with the passport stating that my wife has done the medicals. When I got GCMS notes after my wife got the visa, there were several references of the emails b/w the doctor in Islamabad and New Delhi asking them to update the results. My wife sent her passport on May 1st along with the medical receipt and cover letter and she got her Visa on June 1st, i.e. 30 days. Ah well atleast they are going to look for your medical now. I strongly suggest everyone to send cover letters with anything they sent to CHC-Islamabad and always keep a copy of whatever you send to Islamabad.

my husband did the same..he sent receipt the next day of remedical with a cover letter and my status was updated to medical results received after 20-22 days

I inquired throught Mp nd they said "awaiting for the medical results". even they said, wether the applicant even did the medical? status updated to "in process" on june 11,so it should'nt it have updated if they have got the results ??? they never asked for Re-PCC

how long did you mp take to reply you back with the updates about yur case>?

If you are a girl, you are a doll and if you are a guy, you are a champ! Lol thanks for the detailed reply. I am kinda scared, one of the forum members say its a better idea to visit once again to make my case stronger as I only lived with my spouse for 2 weeks after our wedding. I am in university and go to work at the same time, its nearly impossible for me to visit Pakistan till April anyways .

its a good idea but its not mandatory..its gud if you can do it but if you already provided them with all the wedding(like wedding plus reception) and post wedding photographs(dinner/outing bla bla) then that should be ok i think yours is a full wedding so there shouldnt be a problem...
just keep the proofs of communication and strong relationship like phone bills/cards/emails/skype/joint bank account etc etc and the most imp thing keep praying and keep your faith in Allah and you will be done soon InshaAllah!

yes the medical has expired; and nope the passport has still not been returned.

I was angry and tensed before but now I'm just laughing at how stupid this is.

Lets make a collective decision, We will all write a covering with remed receipt of IOM to CHC-I for their record purpose and will be handy and helpful for them in tracking our remedical results.
