hi guys
i got a call from chc I yesterday. 9 oct and the woman on fone told me that my medical results are still pending, and i asked he million questions regarding what to do now and bla blackshe was nice enough toreply each of them andsaid i dnt have to worry and they will track down the medical themselves.
i asked her abt the reciept thing and she said there isno need to send the reciept and they will track own the medical themselves

my fustration is on te highest peaks .

This is why you should have sent the medical payment receipt along with a cover letter stating that you have done your medicals. They would have tried to look for your medicals right away. I sent a cover letter and medical payment receipt along with the passport stating that my wife has done the medicals. When I got GCMS notes after my wife got the visa, there were several references of the emails b/w the doctor in Islamabad and New Delhi asking them to update the results. My wife sent her passport on May 1st along with the medical receipt and cover letter and she got her Visa on June 1st, i.e. 30 days. Ah well atleast they are going to look for your medical now. I strongly suggest everyone to send cover letters with anything they sent to CHC-Islamabad and always keep a copy of whatever you send to Islamabad.

Danny brother, it didn't make a difference of sending a cover letter nd medical payment receipt for me . I sent the cover letter nd receipt with passport on the next day of medical. It's been 86 days since my husband did medical nd I inquired through MP. my husband got a call from CHC-I, but no change

;D ;D ya to phir medical results ne kud chal k ana hai yeh lo hum aa gae. aur kud kahein ge results with name, file number nd yeh b k ab KHUDA k liye is bande ka visa laga do, bara torture kar liya ab jaan chor do is ki
BTW bache ko bejha hota to wo b itne mein track kar leta. chalo pehle na sahi abhi b 3weks ho gae hain in ko aik bar jage hue. lagta hai dobara so gae hain ??? ???

what is your interpretation of this note.
its mean that they will refuse the application or already refused it because i don't have anything else to provide them...

Waoh thats what u want N now u got it .........is nothing to do about age .........dont blame CiC ........first of all y havent u attested the marriage certificate ...........dont give ur dam excuse that u dont have anything to provide them ...........still u can attest an send another one with ur wedding pics.........an dont u call ur wife at all that u can proof them.

BTW I am not that old 29 years old and she is 17....... I am not a good guy and don't want to destroy her life by pretending that I love her.... my life is very busy here and don't have much time to share with anyone else... ..... which kind of parents can give her 16 years old daughter to some like me 29 years.... she is a kid and it's her time to get proper education and enjoy her life, not to start partnership life..... I did get upset on my parent,but now I don't know how to tell her parent that she will come here, but she will not be my wife..... I will financially support her to complete her education here and after 3 or 4 years she become mature and can find a suitable partner........ so that what i am facing and trying my best to not be selfish....

thats not true........I sended payment receipt so y am i waiting since july.

You know your case wasn't really smooth, you had a few issues with the documentation. Also, your Immigration officer is the same who processed all those Sep-Dec files and is super slow. Although I agree that there are more than a few cases from July 2012 who are waiting for status updates. It seems like something went wrong with the medical updates either from CHC-Islamabad or New Delhi.
