Hey Guys, got this letter from CHC through email

Dear Client,

This is in response to your email (see below).

Your application is in process and a letter was mailed to you on 11 September 2012.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

For future reference, in all correspondence to our office, please refer to the applicant's full name, date of birth and file number.

I got this letter in the end of september and send PCC on 1st october through TCS....what to do now? did they recive my letter or not? if CHC is knows i send them letter on 1st october so why did they mentioned we send u letter? and when i go to TCS website for tracking it says delivered and sign by SANA DESP

Yeah Usman i recve that. it was PCC..i send them back on 29. it was delivered to Islamabad CHC on 1st October and signed by Sana DESP. however got reply from CHC on which they mentioned we send out letter on 11 september...i send PCC but they still mentioned it. i only mean did they get my PCC or not?

Its normal. Im sure they have your PCC but havent started processing it yet. Dude these security and background checks can take up to 4 months and sometimes even more depending on the travel history, educational record check, marriage nikah nama check blah blah so chill out and relax and hope that your turn in the queue comes up soon.

I got PCC too, back in June/July 2 weeks after re-medical ...nothing since ...

Usually they return it by the end of the week if the status changes to decision made and the address changes to Canadian province and city.

Dear Friends,

I ordered GCMS notes recently and this is what it says:

"...Final reception is not yet held and expected to take place in Feb 2013 after completion of studies. File remains in INTERVIEW queue..."

I had told them through a cover letter that I will have rukhsati in Feb 2013 when my wife finishes her studies. Would it possible for the interview to be waived once I provide proof of Rukhsati or is this something that cannot possibly change?

About the proof for contact, they have written that they are "Found ok" and they also have no objections to the marriage itself.

Any help/thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

It is most likely that the interview would be waived after Rukhsati and final reception. You gave them a reason to hold your file and take their time and thats what they are doing. Full marriages along with sufficient relationship proof are processed quicker in my opinion.
