Which document regarding "evidence of work experience"? If it's one of the forms, letter of reference or a copy of your work permit, there is a 100% chance that your application will be returned. If it's none of those, it's unlikely that your application package will be returned.

Correction: Around 3000 COMPLETE applications have been accepted by CIC. Considering it takes around 60 days to receive AOR, there's quite a large backlog of applications waiting to be acknowledged.

@immigrantbee, no one in this forum can guarantee that. But looking at the current trend, it's very likely that you will receive your AOR before Nov 13 if you send it "right now".
