I need help please

Hi guys.
first of all I want to thank to all of you members for providing information and sharing your experiences.
I have question about CEC eligibility requirements.
I am currently working in Manitoba under NOC 8253 Apiary technician since March. My work permit and contract LMO for one year.
My question is: Can apply for CEC before 12 months? How many hours do I have work to be eligible in 12 months? What about if I complete that hours before 12 months in this case can I apply before complete 12 months?

But in a nutshell:

No you can not apply before 12 months and no you can not add your hours up to meet the 12 months. 30 hours is the least and more than that would not be counted. You have to work 12 months full time or part-time if the hours add up to the minimum in a week.
