You have no choice. CIC, most likely, will have received all 8000 CEC applications before December.

I suggest people not waste time with extra 1/2 weeks. A year is a year (make sure it's 52 weeks though, just in case). Waiting an extra day is highly recommended.

Why do you need to know? Simply do both - state weekly hours and write current month/year in Schedule 8's TO field.

Well, obviously, if you are rejected in 2015, your only option under the CEC stream is to reapply under the new Express Entry system.

I'd say don't waste money on lawyer. As you get closer to completing 12 months of experience, start applying for jobs outside Quebec and move asap.

Haha you did scare me quite a bit, even though I didn't have the slightest intention of lying. I am aware some people choose the illegal path to immigrate, mostly applicants living outside Canada. It's only a matter of time before they get caught and stripped off pr/citizenship.
