This is normal. Most people on the spreadsheet have received their AOR in about 10 weekdays. It has only been 7 weekdays since March 31. My application was received on March 28th and I have not gotten AOR yet. Patience :)

They do not enter your application into the system if it's being returned, it would just be like you had nothing on file.

Okay... so who would you call the person who goes through each file and confirms all the forms are there to give the AOR, if not an officer? How is what I said incorrect? My point is that it's not like there's only one single person who proceesses the applications in order to do them exactly in...

There are obviously many officers who are respnosible for processing the applications, and some officers may be faster than others, so depending which officer receives your application to process, you could receive your AOR before or after other people who applied around the same time as you.

Unfortunately based on what I've read on this forum, sending it to the PO Box and telling Canada Post to require a signature can cause delivery problems. I'm not able to provide any further info besides that - I've just read stories on here relating to it. Maybe someone else can chime in w/...

If you send it "signature required" through Canada Post, you have to send it to the mailing address for couriers, which is a different address. What address did you send to? That could be the problem.
