I think you may be confused. I believe the applicants full name and date of birth needs to be listed on the back of the "official" headshots you submit (the small photos). This information does not need to be listed on the back of your 20 "relationship proof" photos, as far as I know.

Go check out the March thread on this forum for March applicants. Many, many folks on there have been discussing this and the various solutions (hardly anyone has been receiving the request email to upload the Schedule A). Did you receive AOR today? What day was your app delivered?
