Hi, Our application was returned for the same reason. However, we only had one passport since 2010, and we did forget to include that as we renewed our passport just in Jan 2015. Having said that, you can add a cover letter explaining as such, include whatever relevant docs that you can...

    Feb 2015 citizenship applicants

seems like the average days between received and AOR is getting less and less compared with January, month-on-month Hopefully, when the backlog has truly been minimized and eliminated, I foresee AORs can easily come within 2 weeks upon application being received. Having said that, I'm not sure...

After all that wait, are you willing to put your vacation first before the test? Would you regret not taking the test, as scheduled, when you are re-scheduled 2-3 months down the road?

When our application got returned because we did not include the photocopy of our old passport's bios, in their cover letter, they will list all documents missing/not in order. Our application had the header: Incomplete Application. Confidently saying, a AOR indicates: 1. all documents in...

    bad interview and positive results

it seem like all of those questions are valid to me, nothing intrusive. Understand that part of the interview is to gauge how you communicate and comprehend in english.

yeah, it kindda useless to send by priority especially so close the weekened. If it was super urgent, I would go by other courier providers (eg UPS, Fedex, Purolator etc)

    March 2015 Citizenship Applicants

sorry, in my last note, the signature is $1.50, not $.150, nothing in Canada Post is cheap :P anyway, we thought of using Purolator, but my wife said if you are saving 1-2 days and paying 60% more for a process that takes literally months to years, is the 1-2 days really worth it vs the dollar...

    Feb 2015 citizenship applicants

That's what I am hoping. Our applications was received on the same day and got the same stamp date: Feb. Why would they stamp it, if they wouldn't consider this to be actually received in Feb. If we are going to the back of the line in March, then they would not have stamped it in the first...
